About the Role
*Overview:*
The Workflow Organization Volunteer Assistant is responsible for helping the Deputy Manager streamline and organize the workflow. This assistant will help document discussions from meetings and organize them into clear, actionable plans for future work.
Duration: 6 months
Hours: 20 hours per week
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, or Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Requirements
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Attend *Wednesday and Friday* meetings to document workflow discussions.
- Organize and document the Deputy Manager’s plans for future tasks and workflows.
- Assist in planning and adjusting workflows based on team progress and challenges.
- Ensure all workflow plans are updated and organized for easy reference.
- Support in summarizing the outcomes of meetings and suggesting workflow improvements.
