Toddler Mandarin Project

Let the children play, experiment, and explore Chinese arts and cultures while learning Mandarin through rhymes, stories, art crafts, and role-playing in our engaging Montessori interactive sessions. It is also a friendly and welcoming learning environment for children with special needs.

The Toddler Mandarin Project is supported by attendance contribution donations and is partly funded by Montessori Mandarin, London Local Authorities, and others. It is run by Newham Chinese School (a part of ELCS CIC).

Age: Under 4 years old 

​

Duration: 60 minutes per lesson, 12 lessons per term, 3 terms per year (Term Time), plus an annual celebration

​

Cost:

• Drop-In: Welcome, with a £10 cash contribution donation per child per lesson, or

• Online Donation with Justgiving: £111.00 per child per term or £333.00 per child per year before the first class, or

• Free for children living in households meeting one or more of the following criteria:

  • Households in receipt of the 90% Council Tax Reduction (CTR)

  • Households with a gross income (including benefits) of less than £25,000 per annum

  • Children in receipt of Free School Meals (FSM)

  • Children that are looked-after (LAC)
