About the Role

The Project Tracking Volunteer Assistant will be responsible for tracking the progress of daily tasks and projects. They will assist the Deputy Manager by attending meetings, taking notes, and organizing project-related information. This role is crucial for keeping the Deputy Manager informed about the status of projects and task completion.

Duration: 6 months
Hours: 20 hours per week
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, or Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Requirements

- Attend Wednesday and Thursday meetings and take detailed notes on project progress and updates.

- Track the tasks assigned to team leaders and ensure project timelines are being followed.

- Organize notes and feedback from the Deputy Manager and ensure tasks are properly documented.

- Support in preparing updates for weekly meetings.

- Communicate with the Deputy Manager about any project delays or challenges.
