About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. This is a one-year volunteer agreement, remote opportunity, requiring a commitment of 15 hours per week, plus 5 hours training on entrepreneur (employee benefit). Successful completion may lead to a part-time job opportunity.
Requirements
Essential:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to motivate and manage volunteers
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
Experience in volunteer coordination or human resources
Knowledge of volunteer management software
