About the Role

- Ensure daily tasks and company projects are progressing smoothly, producing positive and efficient outcomes.

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and coordinating task distribution with team leaders.

- Lead daily tasks distribution meetings from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM on Wednesday and Thursday with team leaders to assign tasks, monitor progress, and address any issues.

- On Fridays from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM, prepare the weekly process report and plan the tasks for the upcoming week.

- Attend the management meeting from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM on Fridays, where you will present the weekly report and outline the work plan for the next week.

- Conduct daily conclusion meetings from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM (or other agreed times on Wednesday and Thursday) to review progress, resolve issues, and make adjustments for the next day.

- Ensure the remote team is performing effectively and that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

- Identify opportunities for improving workflows and increasing productivity within the team.

Payment:
Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour
Annual Salary: £3,294.72 (based on 48 weeks of work per year)

Requirements

- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, especially in a remote work setting.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and collaborate with team leaders.

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, project management software).

- Ability to prepare and present weekly progress reports in management meetings.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
