Volunteer Trainee — Marketing & Fundraising (8–14h/w, 3–6 months)

Location: Remote (UK) with occasional East London events
Time: 8–14 hours/week, 3–6 months (flexible)
Expenses: Out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed (travel/light meals with receipts)
Reports to: Sarah Shava

· Support campaigns, content & social posts, basic donor/partner research
· Help run outreach & community events (front-of-house; no teaching required)
· CRM notes, pipeline/admin and simple reports

· Mentorship + templates; real projects; completion certificate/reference
· Clear pathway to paid roles (Part-time Paid M&F Assistant → Full-time Paid M&F Associate C1/C2 →Visa Sponsorship offered to C1/C2)
